Certified trainer Alex Barner leads intense fitness sessions on Sunday afternoons for all fitness levels. Burn calories while having fun and getting fit! All you need are tennis shoes, water and 5 bucks.

First-time attendees will need to sign a waiver, so plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to check in.
